Return & Refund Policy For Handmade Bespoke Products

This policy describes shipping, tax and after-sales rules for handmade bespoke products sold through SiraWeave.

Shipping

We ship globally. United States orders can use standard or express shipping. International orders can use standard or express shipping with fixed USD rates.

Free shipping thresholds may apply at checkout based on destination and order subtotal.

Taxes, Duties and Import Fees

United States sales tax is estimated by state where applicable. Non-US orders do not include VAT, GST, customs duties or import brokerage fees.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties or fees charged by local authorities.

Product Nature

All goods are exclusive handcrafted custom pieces without ready-made stock. Each item is individually produced based on buyer-selected pattern, size, color and craft.

General Terms

Under GCC consumer protection regulations, made-to-order handcrafted goods are exempt from standard 7-day unconditional return rights.

Once payment is confirmed and production starts, cancellations, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted due to personal preference change, self-measuring errors, buyer's remorse, unsuitable gifting needs or similar subjective reasons.

Eligible After-sales Cases

Claims shall be submitted within 7 calendar days upon delivery with clear evidence only for severe manufacturing defects or breakage caused during production.

Claims may also be reviewed for wrong design, pattern or specification inconsistent with the confirmed order draft.

Irreparable damage during official logistics transit may be submitted for after-sales review.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Errors from self-provided custom parameters including size, color and pattern are not refundable.

Natural texture and slight color difference inherent to traditional hand-weaving craft are normal craft characteristics and are not quality defects.

Items worn, altered, privately modified or damaged artificially by buyer are not refundable.

Late subjective return requests are not accepted.

Order Modification & Cancellation

Minor adjustments are allowed within 24 hours post payment before production starts.

No revision or cancellation will be approved once weaving procedure begins.

Delivery Updates

Order details show shipment and delivery status after the fulfillment team adds tracking and marks delivery.
