Heritage textile details, finishing notes and limited-batch positioning for the luxury product template.

The original intangible cultural heritage Song brocade fabric produced under the supervision of master Qian Xiaoping was selected, and the natural mulberry silk was mixed with colorful gradient blue silk and gilt yarn, and was based on the classic Zhuang Zhou dream butterfly pattern. The mottled gilt background is set against a sky full of blue butterflies. The texture of each butterfly wing is fine and three-dimensional. The butterfly body changes into a brilliant blue and purple luster under the refraction of light. It breaks away from the dull color palette of traditional ancient brocade and combines modern splash-ink texture with intangible heritage weaving techniques. Its texture surpasses the cheap printed fabric shells on the market. The all-inclusive TPU soft shell of the real phone is made with 1:1 precision molding, and the lens surround is heightened for full protection; the natural silk brocade surface is dry and skin-friendly, oil-resistant and fingerprint-resistant, so it won’t make your hands sweaty or sticky when held in summer. Zhuang Zhou's butterfly dream symbolizes freedom and smoothness, rebirth, elegance and literature, personal use to highlight aesthetics, and giving gifts means a new future and everything can be done according to one's heart.

Song brocade is an intangible cultural heritage of mankind. It was used by the Suzhou Weaving Prefecture in the Southern Song Dynasty. Modern skills are on the verge of being lost. As the only national intangible inheritor of Song brocade, Qian Xiaoping spent her life restoring the ancient weaving methods. At the same time, she innovated patterns on the basis of traditional Song brocade to create a new national style Song brocade series. This colorful butterfly brocade is based on the allusion of Zhuang Zhou's dream about butterflies in "Zhuangzi: The Theory of Equality of Things". Butterflies have always symbolized transformation and rebirth, freedom from worry, and rebirth of good luck. The master broke the traditional Song brocade pattern of flowers, birds, and auspicious animals, combined with the background color of modern splash-ink art, and matched with colorful gradient silk threads to develop this new butterfly pattern Song brocade. The entire piece of brocade has gone through more than 20 ancient processes of silk reeling, dyeing, knotting, and hand-weaving on a wooden machine. The hand-loom can only weave a few centimeters of fabric in one day. The color matching process of the colorful silk thread is complicated, and the fabric is scarce in mass production.
