The Universiade brocade fabric is woven with Suzhou's local ancient method, and natural mulberry silk is mixed with real gold colored threads to reproduce the palace's classic Universiade pattern of two dragons playing with beads. Double-coiled dragons surround the auspicious clouds of fire beads, the golden dragon leaps on the ink brocade base, the gold thread outlines the scales and claws, and the blue thread embellishes the dragon's beard and cloud edge. The ancient weaving method creates a relief three-dimensional texture, and the gilt texture is elegant under the light and shadow, completely different from cheap hot stamping printed shells. The mold is specially designed for real vertical folding mobile phones. The composite soft and tough frame is suitable for folding and opening, and the hinges and openings fit the body accurately to prevent bumps and scratches. The natural mulberry silk brocade surface is skin-friendly and non-slip, isolates fingerprints and oil, and is warm and breathable to hold. In ancient times, brocade cloth was used as material for emperors' robes and royal rituals. Nowadays, it has been transformed into a portable accessory with a folding screen. For personal use, it symbolizes the two dragons gathering wealth and good luck, and it can be used as a noble gift for business.

The Universiade brocade originated from the Weaving House in Suzhou during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has the same origin as the Song brocade. It is a high-end brocade exclusively for the royal family. In ancient times, the dragon pattern brocade was only used by the royal family. It was mostly used for imperial robes, jade seal boxes, and palace valuable collections. The pattern of two dragons playing with beads has been a top auspicious decoration since ancient times: two dragons protecting beads = two dragons gathering blessings and good luck, implying a flourishing career, a prosperous Universiade, and a gathering of financial resources. Weaving follows more than 20 ancient processes: silk reeling, plant dyeing, cross-stitching, and wooden machine-thrown brocade. Hand-weaving can only produce a few centimeters of brocade in a day. The dragon pattern uses complicated materials and doubles the working hours. It is rare for ordinary people to see it in ancient times. The designer dug deep into the ancient brocade patterns handed down from the Suzhou Weaving Bureau, and re-cut the Double Dragon Universiade brocade hidden in the palace archives to fit the shape of a folding mobile phone. The brocade dragon pattern that was once exclusive to the royal family has entered modern daily life, and the thousand-year royal heritage can be held in your hand.
