Heritage textile details, finishing notes and limited-batch positioning for the luxury product template.

We have selected the same four-layer intangible cultural heritage Song brocade in regular script as a national gift. It is made of multiple layers of natural mulberry silk mixed with naked apricot silk and ancient matte gilt silk. It restores the classic double-branched peony + chrysanthemum double flower pattern of the Qing Dynasty. Gentle light apricot brocade base, intertwined vines, graceful peonies and round chrysanthemums are scattered at random. One peony and one chrysanthemum means peace in the four seasons. The traditional four-weft hand-made jacquard creates a thick three-dimensional fabric texture. The fabric surface is full of layers, and its texture is far superior to cheap hot stamping printed phone cases on the market. The all-inclusive TPU soft shell is 1:1 accurately modeled on the real phone, and the lens ring is raised to cushion all bumps and bumps; the natural silk brocade surface is breathable and heat-dissipating, resistant to oil and stains, and does not easily stick to fingerprints, making it dry and non-sticky to hold in all seasons. The peony symbolizes wealth and success, the chrysanthemum symbolizes peace and longevity, elegance and health, and the continuous branches represent endless blessings. In ancient times, the golden brocade with double peony flowers was mostly used in the palace's four-season dress, birthday brocade box, and wedding souvenir packaging.

Shangjiu Kai inherits the full set of Song brocade ancient techniques from Suzhou Weaving House in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the brocade material is selected as a national gift fabric for foreign affairs all year round; the four-fold weft brocade is an ancient high-end limited edition tribute brocade, and peonies and chrysanthemums are the classic auspicious patterns of the four seasons in the Ming and Qing palaces. Peony is the flower of wealth in spring, and autumn chrysanthemum is the auspicious flower of longevity. The two are woven together, which means that spring, summer, autumn and winter will always bring good fortune, good fortune and longevity. In the Qing Dynasty, Suzhou Weaving was ordered to weave gilt models with apricot bottoms, which were specially used for royal birthdays and festival rewards. The craftsmen relied on the fragments of ancient flower brocades from the Qing Dynasty collected in the Suzhou Silk Museum to restore the gentle apricot gold color scheme and adhered to the four-fold weaving process by hand. The entire brocade has gone through more than 20 processes including reeling, refining and dyeing, natural dyeing of vegetation, knotting, and layered weaving of four wefts. The four wefts consume four times as much silk as ordinary Song brocade. Old-fashioned handlooms can only weave 2 to 3 centimeters of fabric in a single day. The cost of gilding materials is high, and mass production of fabrics is scarce.
