Intangible Heritage Craft Points
Heritage textile details, finishing notes and limited-batch positioning for the luxury product template.
We selected the same three-layer intangible cultural heritage Song brocade in regular script as a national gift. It is made of multiple layers of natural mulberry silk mixed with soft pastel silk and ancient gilt silk. It restores the classic rhombus pattern of the Song Dynasty. Gentle nude pink brocade base, regular diamond frame arranged in an orderly manner, embedded with traditional Dingsheng pattern, gilded thread to outline the outline of Ruyi, ancient triple weft hand-jacquard to create a thick relief fabric texture, the fabric texture is full and three-dimensional, far superior to the hot stamping printed phone cases on the market. The all-inclusive TPU soft shell is 1:1 accurately modeled on the real phone, and the lens ring is heightened to fully protect against bumps; the natural silk brocade surface is skin-friendly and breathable, oil-resistant and fingerprint-resistant, making it dry and non-sticky to hold in all seasons. The Dingsheng pattern originated from the Song Dynasty, which means success, stability and success in everything. The continuous rhombus represents stability and long-term fortune. In ancient times, the Dingsheng gold brocade was mostly used as imperial examination gifts and palace rewards for brocade materials. It means good luck for personal use. Giving gifts means success in academic career and everything goes well.
Shangjiu Kai completely inherits the ancient techniques of Song brocade from the Ming and Qing Suzhou Weaving Prefecture. The brocade has been used as a national gift fabric for foreign affairs all year round. The triple weft gold brocade is a high-end limited brocade in ancient times. The Dingsheng pattern in the Song Dynasty was an auspicious pattern for imperial examinations and the military. The Dingsheng pattern was born in the Song Dynasty. In ancient times, soldiers going on expeditions and students would use Dingsheng pattern fabrics for scientific examinations, which symbolized victory and triumph, and titles on the gold medal list. The rhombus pattern means stability, and the intertwined arrangement symbolizes everything is stable and financial resources are stable. The court of the Song Dynasty specially woven pink gold Dingsheng brocade for rewards, and was later included in the Song brocade pattern genealogy by Suzhou Weaving. The entire piece of triple weft brocade has gone through more than 20 processes including reeling, refining and dyeing, natural dyeing of vegetation, cross-stitching, and triple weft layered weaving. The triple weft material consumption is three times that of ordinary Song brocade. Old-fashioned wooden machines can only weave 2 to 3 centimeters of fabric in a single day. The cost of materials for gold weaving is high, and mass production of fabrics is scarce. We have condensed the success and auspiciousness of the Song Dynasty into a square-inch casing.
