Intangible Heritage Craft Points

Heritage textile details, finishing notes and limited-batch positioning for the luxury product template.

Selected intangible cultural heritage craftsman Lu Meiying restored the ancient Song brocade fabric, mixed with natural mulberry silk to weave orange, purple and blue multi-color plant-dyed silk, and restored the classic Chinese symmetrical tangled branches and treasures group pattern. It has a deep ink-green brocade base, a giant double-petal treasure in full bloom in the center, surrounded by small flowers and wishful curly grass. Orange and purple are retro contrasting colors. The ancient hand-made jacquard creates an embossed fabric texture. The silk thread layers are fine and full, and the texture is far better than the cheap digital printed fabric shells on the market. The all-inclusive TPU soft shell is 1:1 accurately modeled on the real phone, and the lens ring is heightened to fully protect against bumps; the natural silk brocade surface is skin-friendly and breathable, oil-resistant and fingerprint-resistant, making it dry and non-sticky to hold in all seasons. Baoxiang flower originated from Buddhist patterns in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, which symbolizes success, peace and blessings. Its continuous branches symbolize continuous blessings and everlasting wealth. In ancient times, Baoxiang Song brocade was mostly used in palace birthday ceremonies, curtains in Buddhist halls, and brocade boxes collected by nobles. It is for personal use and elegant protection. Giving gifts means everything is perfect and good luck lasts.

Song brocade is an intangible cultural heritage of mankind. Lu Meiying has been deeply engaged in Suzhou Song brocade weaving for decades. She is a provincial intangible inheritor and has been sorting and restoring the lost ancient brocade patterns of the Ming and Qing Dynasties all year round. This ink-green brocade is restored in color according to the Qing Dynasty tribute brocade in the Suzhou Silk Museum. Baoxiang flower combines the shapes of lotus, peony and chrysanthemum. It is the top auspicious Buddhist flower in Chinese style. It has been used as a royal pattern in the palace since the Sui and Tang Dynasties. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Suzhou weaved a large number of Baoxiang brocades for royal rewards and birthday gifts. The symmetrical group flower symbolizes stability and a happy family. The entire piece of brocade has gone through more than 20 processes including silk reeling and dyeing, natural dyeing of grass and trees, cross-stitching, and hand-thrown shuttle weaving on an old wooden machine. The symmetrical pattern pattern is complicated and consumes materials. The old-fashioned handloom can only weave a few centimeters of fabric in a single day. Multi-color vintage materials are rare in mass production. We cut the brocade materials restored by the master to fit into your mobile phone, so you can carry the thousand-year-old Buddhist brocade with you wherever you go.
