Heritage textile details, finishing notes and limited-batch positioning for the luxury product template.

We selected the same intangible cultural heritage Song brocade fabric that has been used as a national gift for a long time. It is made of natural mulberry silk mixed with gilt and colorful purple and blue silk threads, and the classic peacock feather pattern of the palace is reproduced. The warm orange brocade base is covered with gold threads and dark patterns of fish scales, large bird feathers are stretched and smooth, the purple rose feather heart is combed, and the sapphire blue feathers are combed. The ancient hand-made jacquard creates a three-dimensional texture of the feathers. The color lines flow gradually under different lights. The texture is far better than the cheap hot stamping printing shells on the market. The all-in-one matte TPU soft shell is 1:1 molded from the real machine, and the lens ring is heightened to fully protect against bumps; the natural silk brocade surface is skin-friendly and breathable, oil-resistant and fingerprint-resistant, making it dry and non-sticky to hold in all seasons. The peacock has symbolized wealth and good luck, a bright future, and prosperity since ancient times. In ancient times, bird feather brocade was used as a royal fabric for harem dresses and aristocratic brocade bags. It is light and luxurious for personal use. Giving gifts means icing on the cake and making everything prosperous.

Shangjiukai inherits the ancient techniques of Song brocade weaving in Suzhou during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and is the benchmark brand of Song brocade that is an intangible cultural heritage. The brocade has been used as a protocol fabric for national foreign affairs all year round. Song brocade has been included in the imperial brocade since the Southern Song Dynasty. It is an intangible cultural heritage of mankind and one of the three famous brocades in China. The peacock feather pattern originated from the palace feather culture of the Tang and Song Dynasties. In ancient times, the royal family used peacock feathers to decorate court clothes and phoenix crowns. Later, the Suzhou Weaving Bureau incorporated the bird feather shape into Song brocade weaving. Bird feather brocade was a limited brocade material for the palace in the Ming and Qing Dynasties: Peacocks in the East symbolize good luck, luxury, and advancement, and the Middle Eastern market also respects peacocks as an auspicious bird. The entire piece of Song brocade with feathers has gone through more than 20 ancient processes of silk reeling, dyeing with grass and trees, cross-stitching, and hand-weaving on a wooden machine. The arrangement of the fine silk threads of the feathers is cumbersome. The old-fashioned wooden loom can only weave a few centimeters of brocade in a single day, and the fabric is scarce in mass production. The designer dug deep into the palace brocade of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and condensed the handed down bird feather and Song brocade into a square-inch phone case, bringing the royal feather brocade of the past into modern daily life.
